WHAT IS SOFT PLAY RENTAL AND IS IT SAFE ?
Soft Play rental is an indoor/outdoor play area with play equipment made from soft materials; a soft play area. These activities provide a safe environment for children ages 0-5 to play, explore, and make friends. Yes, we are very safe! We want to provide the cleanest environment for your little ones, therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down prior to each event. Follow us on our Instagram to see us in action during set ups, pick ups, and all the sanitizing in between.
HOW DO I BOOK ?
The best way to book your special day with us is to click the "Book Us" tab and submit an inquiry form. We will send you an email confirming availability and assist in getting you on our calendar. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram or shoot is an email at info.adorekreations@gmail.com
Be sure to keep an eye out in your junk/spam folder because sometimes our responses makes its way there.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK ?
If rental is approved, after signing waiver and making deposit the remaining balance for your rental will be sent as an invoice to your email. The remainder of balance must be paid in full 7 days before rental date. If balance is not paid 7 days before rental will be cancelled and full deposit will be forfeited.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE PACKAGES ?
Yes, if available. If you would like to make some changes we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability. Final changes is upon our discretion.
Example: You book the DELUXE package, but you would like to add additional bumper cars. This can be done. You want to rent only the roller coaster this can not be done, but you can select to add on to party packages.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL ?
If you need to cancel your rental you have up to one week before your event to cancel and receive full refundable deposit back. If cancelled after one week 50% of deposit will be refunded. If cancelled after 24 hours before event full deposit is forfeited. You can always choose to transfer rental date if you need to reschedule for any reason up to 6 months from original rental date.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE SHREVEPORT/ BOSSIER ?
If you live outside free delivery area of Shreveport it will be an addition fee. The delivery fee is based on time and distance of your event beyond Shreveport/Bossier at $25. When booking if outside those limits a delivery fee estimate will be sent to you for approval before invoice is sent for balance and booking confirmation.

PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Zelle, Venmo and cash app.
How much is the deposit amount?

Deposit is 30% of your total. This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. Remainder balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.
how does delivery and pick up work ?
Delivery - We will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event start time to begin set up. This time is not included in the 4 hour rental. Please ensure that the area is clean to make set up quick and easy. We will not move any furniture or outdoor equipment.

Pick up - We will arrive 30 minutes after your rental time. Please clear the space of all guests so that we may begin to pack up as soon as we arrive. We will not pick up after 8 pm, therefore, your rental time must fit within our time frame.
